Community Easter Egg Hunt – Real Estate Community Gives Back
Join local brokerages, teams, and industry partners as we come together to host a Community Easter Egg Hunt for families in our area. This is a community-first event designed to highlight real estate professionals working together to give back.
Why Be Part of This Event
Participating in this Community Easter Egg Hunt is a meaningful way for real estate teams and brokerages to strengthen their presence in the local community while building genuine connections with families in a relaxed, positive setting. This event offers valuable brand visibility without the pressure of sales, allowing you to be seen as a trusted, community-minded professional who shows up and gives back. With all marketing, coordination, and logistics handled for you, participation is simple and efficient—just bring your booth and engage with attendees. Host Your Own Booth
Participating real estate teams and brokerages are invited to host a family-friendly booth at our Community Easter Egg Hunt as a simple and meaningful way to connect with local families and showcase their brand in a positive, relaxed environment. Booths may include activities such as face painting, crafts, small games, or treat giveaways, and light branding is encouraged through signage, table coverings, apparel, and branded swag—however, this is not a sales event, and hard selling or aggressive lead capture is not permitted. Each participating brokerage will bring their own pop-up tent (10x10 recommended), folding table, chairs if needed, signage, and all supplies required for their activity (electricity will not be available). All booths must remain family-friendly, age-appropriate, and fully set up prior to the start of the event.

Participation Requirements
Participation Cost
The cost to participate is $300 per brokerage/team/solo agent/vendor, which includes event-wide marketing, Easter eggs with candy, permits, and event supplies (general signage, clean up materials, bins, etc.). This fee allows us to deliver a well-organized, high-quality community event while keeping participation simple and affordable for all teams involved.
Event Promotion Expectations
Participating brokerages/teams/agents/partners agree to actively help promote the event to their database by sharing the provided social media posts and flyers, as well as personally inviting their clients. Community events are most successful when we work together to spread the word, and we will provide all marketing materials needed to make promotion easy and consistent.
Egg Filling Party Participation
Each participating group must provide at least two (2) volunteers to attend the Easter egg filling party during the week leading up to the event. This helps prepare materials efficiently while also creating a fun, collaborative opportunity for us to get to know each other better and organize a well-planned out event.
Volunteer Commitment
To ensure a smooth and successful event, each participating group is asked to provide a minimum of four (4) volunteers on the day of the event to assist with setup, cleanup, booth coverage, and egg hunt management. Volunteers play a key role in keeping the event organized, safe, and enjoyable for families.
