Wendy Shearer, our amazing Listing Coach here on the Rick Fuller Team, has given two tips on how to help you prepare your home to sell! The first suggestion Wendy has is to declutter and clean your home. When walking into a home, potential buyers want to see that the home was well taken care of and be able to envision their belongings in your home, be sure to put everything in its place and get rid of any piles you may see. Also, clean clean clean… Wipe down the walls and floorboards, steam clean any carpeting you may have, and give your home a fresh run through.
One of our amazing Listing agents, Sedar Hussary, has shared a few helpful tips to prepare your home to sell! Creating great curb appeal should be a priority while trying to sell your home. Remember that your home will be advertised everywhere, so make it look beautiful by making sure the landscape is neat and clean! Another great tip would be to paint your home. A little bit of paint goes a long way, Sedar says, “Painting is like giving your home a facelift!” The last piece of advice from Sedar is to eliminate bad odors. Hide the kitty litter, spray some Lysol, light some candles, and maybe even bake some cookies for that inviting smell to fill up your home!
