Rick's Pros - INDIANA

Indianapolis, IN
Indiana is a very down to earth place to live. It's an amazing place to raise your family. Hoosiers don't know a stranger. We're friendly, helpful and outgoing. Our metro city is thriving in culture. Several communities have ensured they've stepped up their game in the walkability score. Are you a sports fanatic? Indiana is your town. Hoosiers love their sports, the Indy 500 and we love to go out to eat and mingle with friends. Our cost of living is modest and our taxes are low. We have several 4-star school systems in the area, as well. We're home to 3 of the top 100 corporations in the country.

Kimberly Slucher
As a resident of Northeast Indiana for more than 45 years, I have lived and worked in many areas in and around Fort Wayne. I am able to provide the most excellent service to both buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business. I have sold homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-dollar estate properties, to investment and lake properties. Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what the client wants, negotiation and analytic skills and my ability to accurately price and market a home.

I am a lifelong resident on Northwest Indiana. When I am not working I am spending time with my family or golfing (golf professional for 12 years). My favorite thing about real estate is helping first time home buyers find a perfect home.
