Shawnee, KS and the surrounding Kansas City metro area is full of history, great BBQ, and boy do we love our KC Chiefs and Kansas City Royals! Shawnee has a small town feel with big city amenities. We have some of the best parks and trails around as well as award winning schools. I've lived in the Kansas City area for 25 years.

Our cost of living is low compared to most of the rest of the US which brings a lot of professionals & businesses to our area, as well as seasoned investors looking to build their portfolios. We have a Super Bowl Champ in KC Chiefs, and our Royals won the World Series just 5 years ago as well! Our Country Club Plaza is beautiful and our downtown is breathtaking at night! We have amazing BBQ (KC is famous for it!) as well as many other places to enjoy!

Larry Hall, was raised in a small town, Valley Center, and has never left. He grew up working at his family's restaurant. You may have heard of it, Big Larry's Burgers. He worked there from the age of 12 up until he decided to pursue a career in real estate at the age of 20. We also have the Double A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins which is pretty cool! Wichita is also an extremely affordable which makes it very appealing. Come check it for yourself!
