Rick's Pros - MINNESOTA

Minneapolis, MN
The Twin Cities area is simply one of a kind - between our vibrant art scene, growing foodie culture, and over 10,000 lakes, there is no shortage of fun & activities for the whole family! Catch a meal at various high quality restaurants in the North Loop, have a beach day at Lake Bde Maka Ska, or shop your heart out at the Largest Mall in the nation - the Mall of America.
Taylor Ruud
For Taylor, Real Estate is a generational career path. His mother, Ellen Ruud, has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for over 20 years, paving the way for Taylor to get started at the young age of 19. However, at the same time Taylor started a career in Real Estate, he also started in the Title business as a Closer. After two short years, Taylor made the switch full time to Residential Sales. This unique career combination makes Taylor exceptionally knowledgeable about all things Real Estate. A self professed foodie, Taylor loves exploring the Cities' wide array of restaurants (Thai & Vietnamese food being a favorite!) However, to balance out the generous calories, Taylor can usually be found at the gym most mornings. When asked "Why sell Real Estate?" his response is "It's not every day someone wakes up and decides to buy/sell their home! I find it a privilege to be apart of one of the most significant life decisions one could make, and I take that responsibility seriously."

Therese Johnson
Being a paramedic previously and thriving in high pressure, high stakes situations, I have found many skills transfer over into real estate. Whether it's educating new clients and taking the anxiety out of big decisions, or managing a complicated deal across different states, communication and empathy are two key qualities I bring to my business. It's important to me that my clients needs are met not just in the home they search for but in the work relationship we have. I enjoy introducing clients to our community and educating them on our unique market. I can appreciate that agents are not one size fits all so I always have a conversation with my new clients about their options if they ever feel we aren't a good fit. Most of my business comes from referrals and the relationships I build with my clients reflect that.
