My name is Jaclyn (aka Nikki) Stanifer-Nunn, and I have been in the Ava, Mo real estate office since 2015. I am the office coordinator, and obtained my sales license in December 2016. I am technology savvy, and have taken several college courses on business and marketing, which gives me a great edge for working in the real-estate industry. Being a native of Douglas County, and a graduate from Ava High School, I know the area and people well, this makes a perfect fit to pursue a career in real estate. As the mother of an active 6 year old, and 2 year old I get through the day with a lot of coffee! There is very little time for anything other than singing nursey rhymes, counting numbers, learning ABC’s and playing. When time does allow she enjoys crafting, photography, hunting, fishing, and floating down local streams. I apply hard work, integrity, honesty, and promptness to try and make all real estate transactions as smooth and painless as possible. I keep in close contact with customers, banks, appraisers, inspectors, and closing companies to initiate every aspect of the closing process.
