I have lived in CA, NY and FL. Charlotte to is one of the top 10 places to live and is still somewhat affordable. I love the four mild seasons, the people are great, limited traffic(ha), nightlife and the arts. I love the fact we have an international airport so we can we anywhere pretty fast without connecting flights. Charlotte is 3 hours from the beach, 2.5 hours from the mountains. I live in South Charlotte, which is a suburb of Charlotte. However, I have lived pretty much all move the area in the 16 years I have lived here. That helps me give buyers a good sense on what to expect on each area and how that matches what they are looking for.
