Rick's Pros - TEXAS

Elgin, Texas
Elgin is a town in the Greater Austin area in Texas. Originally known for its sausage and brick industries, Elgin is increasingly known for being a residential suburb with more space and a lower cost of living compared to nearby Austin. Compared to many other localities in the area, Elgin is very affordable. The taxes are lower than Austin and the average home value is around $185,000. The top end of the market, homes reach around $700,000. At that price point, you can find a beautiful house sitting on a large plot of land. Elgin has a population density is 1,400 per square mile. In some areas, it is much lower than this. The town is a great option if you don’t want to be on top of your neighbors. The town is well within commuting range to Austin. It is a nice place to live if you want to live in a suburb but commute to the city for work.

Dallas, TX
The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the perfect blend of a family friendly lifestyle with great schools, wholesome activities, and diverse experiences combined with a high profile business landscape in our many business centers and downtown areas with shopping dining and a vibrant nightlife. As a lifetime resident, my favorite outing with new comers to the area is a 2-day tour, focusing one day in Dallas county and the other in Tarrant county, allowing each family the opportunity to experience a diverse range of neighborhoods so that they can start to identify with the area they will ultimately call home!
Michelle Rawls
Michelle, a lifetime resident of Dallas/Fort Worth, embodies the culture of Texas with her warm character, mixed with bold, inspiring determination, and an innate business savvy that makes her one of the most sought after real estate consultants in the area. Michelle loves to enjoy spectacular sunsets near her 2nd home in Scottsdale, AZ with her children and grandchildren; practicing yoga; and doting on her two furr-babies, Yorkshire Terrier’s named Davinci and Coco Chanel.

Austin, Texas
Austin, Texas, and the surrounding area continues to be one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the nation. Many factors play into this, including its temperate climate (ok, temperatures can go over 100 °, A/C can help with that), six universities within 30 miles, and the fact that it continues to be on Forbes Top 10 List of The Best Places for Business and Careers are just a few. “Silicon Hills”, “Live Music Capital of the World” and “Keep Austin Weird” mottos add to the cities appeal. Austin continues to be the location of choice for corporate expansions and headquarter moves due to the appeal of no state income tax along with Texas being a “right to work” state. Add to this list the string of Highland Lakes (Lady Bird, Travis, Buchanan, Inks, Marble Falls) that are within an hour drive from many parts of the city as well as a central location off the IH-35 corridor between San Antonio (1 ½ hour drive) and Dallas (2 ½ hour drive), and Houston off to the east off Hwy 290. Check it out for yourself!

Houston, TX
There are so many great suburbs of Houston and I can help you no matter what part of town you need to be in. But if you are looking for something truly special, there's no place better than The Woodlands! This amazing community is just north of Houston and is completely immersed in nature...so much so that no stores are visible from the main roadways. There are TONS of great activities offered such as golf, ropes courses, and kayaking. Enjoy shopping and dining along the Waterway or at the outdoor Shops at Market Place. There is a home for everyone with prices ranging from the low $100's all the way up to over $5MM. Schools are top notch. Taxes are super low. And there are practically no HOA dues (some gated areas have dues and the townhomes have a monthly maintenance fee).
Julian Schwertz
Born and raised in the Houston area, I am familiar with the many amazing communities in and around the city. I've been proudly serving people and providing top notch customer service since 2006; and in 2018, I brought that same passion for giving people the best possible experience to the real estate industry. I have three crazy...but wonderful kids, love exploring different parks around Houston, and I am a huge fan of Formula 1!

Fort Worth, TX
The DFW metroplex encompasses 10 major cities, spanning over 13 counties. Here you will find a wealth of different cultures, food, and activities. The DFW area is booming; this is in part because of our flourishing economy. Our cultural experiences, restaurant openings, family events, and prominent sports teams contribute to the draw of the area that almost 8 million people call home. Whether you enjoy the quiet solitude of raising your family on a secluded 3-acre farm, prefer the hustle and bustle of living on the top floor of a high rise condo overlooking the Dallas skyline, or anything in between, rest assured, I can help you find your dream home.
Michelle Lin
As a lifelong resident of Arlington, TX, Michelle has developed a great affinity for the DFW metroplex. Shortly after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Business Management, Michelle started working with her family full time, running one of the most established restaurants in the town she loves. After her parents sold their restaurants, Michelle knew that she wanted to continue to serve people and help others. Michelle has found her true calling in real estate; she is ready to serve her clients and help them find their dream homes. Her focus on customer service and determination to be relentless truly embodies the spirit of Century 21 Judge Fite.

Austin Metro Area, Tx
AUSTIN Is Live Music Capital of the World. The next Silicon Valley. The capital of Texas. Home of the University of Texas. Austin, with a population of around 1 million, possesses many identities. The one thing that brings all of those identities under one roof is the much-praised quality of life in Austin. But don’t take our word for it. In 2020, U.S. News & World Report named Austin the best place to live in the country. For several decades, tech has been a big driver of the city’s economic engine, earning Austin the nickname Silicon Hills. Major tech employers in Austin include Amazon, AMD, Apple, Facebook, Google, and IBM. Amazon happens to own Austin-based Whole Foods Market, the chain of natural and organic grocery stores; and a major employer-to-be is Tesla. Hundreds of startups also contribute to Austin’s thriving economy, making Austin a top city for startups and entrepreneurs. Now, where do people in Austin live when they’re not jamming out to music, chowing down on scrumptious food, or toiling away at their jobs? Austin offers a generous mix of housing types. There are apartment towers, apartment complexes, condo high-rises, low-rise condo developments, modern homes, vintage homes and more. Austin’s neighborhoods are as diverse as the housing types. No matter where you live in Austin, you’re bound to find your groove.

Monique Thomas-Lindsey
My name is Monique Thomas-Lindsey. I have a bachelor's degree in business management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. After several decades of living in California, I decided to relocate to Texas and become a real estate agent. I'm a firm believer in integrity, quality, respect, trust, and ultimately fun. When I'm not delivering exceptional, round-the-clock service to my clientele, I enjoy spending time with my family, working with at-risk youth, and baking.
Houston, Texas
As a homeowner on Houston's northside, I appreciate and understand the many benefits of its unique culture, shops, and restaurants! What I enjoy most are my friendly neighbors and how close- knit we are.

What are you looking for in your real estate team? Is it experience? Our agents have decades of LOCAL experience in the Greater Houston Area and thousands of transactions. Last year we ranked #113 out of almost 37,000 Houston agents. A trusted advisor? Through our experience we have developed strategies and plans of action that assure top dollar and quickest sale if you’re selling; and success in even multiple offer situations if you’re buying. But experience alone is not enough. We are continually taking classes to improve our skills. Through our training we have earned designations such as RENE – Real Estate Negotiating Expert, CLHMS – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and others. Someone who cares about you? Most of our business is by referral. Because of that, we do not view the closing table as the end. Instead, we view it as the “opening table”; it is the beginning of a life-long friendship. And, in truth, that starts before the closing. How you ask? Well, here’s just a few of the things we have done for clients: baby sat dogs to facilitate showings, helped prepare house for listing, parked moving trucks in our driveway, watched over house while client was away. Do we sound like a real estate team you’d like to work with? We would love the opportunity to introduce ourselves and our services. So, no matter if you’re looking to rent or purchasing a multi-million dollar home, you’ll get the same professional and personal service. We look forward to hearing from you today!
Montgomery County, The Lake Conroe Area
Montgomery County, and particularly the Lake Conroe area, is one of the fastest growing areas in the country. 22,000 acre Lake Conroe is a boaters and fishers paradise surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars. Within minutes you can be wandering in Sam Houston State Park or strolling down the avenue shopping at the many prestigious shops in the Market Place in The Woodlands. There are many many developments in the area with homes ranging from the mid $200s to multi-million dollar waterfront homes. You'll also find waterfront condos as well as acreage home sites. Come find out for yourself why everyone is coming here.

I’ve been selling real estate since 2005 and have a team in Lubbock now that sells 150 properties per year. Married to my college sweetheart with two daughters and currently investing in single family rental homes. Thanks to KW I have agent friends all over the country and I’m always learning new ways to grow as an agent and leader.
Lubbock, TX
Lubbock is one of the best communities on the country for business owners. West Texas is strangely easy to live in with small commutes and lively communities. There’s a vibrant 50,000+ student population that keeps Lubbock on its toes and is a major farming region with family values and a welcoming attitude towards new residents.
