Rick's Pros - UTAH

Saint George, Utah
Southern Utah is a mecca of outdoor activities. You cannot be a part of this community without becoming a true outdoor enthusiast. The area boasts amazing scenery in every direction. Our community is constantly growing and we benefit from a lot of new dining opportunities and new business growth. It truly is a great place to live that is safe, secure, prosperous, adventurous with community support that runs strong.

I bring a great mix of experience in construction, renovations, investing, property management and health care to the table. Creating a Realtor that genuinely cares about her clients, who brings the knowledge necessary to help them with their buying and selling needs, familiar with types of homes and concerns to watch for in a new build or spec house and to see potential in properties for substantial income and resale value. I value my client relationships to the fullest extent. I pride myself in always being accessible, being honest and going the extra mile for my clients. Acquired the nickname of the "Social Worker Realtor", which I'll take. Love that! I love this community, feel very strongly in always giving back by playing a big role in helping the local non profit organizations.

I am married with 3 grown boys, emigrated from Argentina with wishes for a better world for my family. Through many jobs and school I could got what many call the American dream. After that, I opened up to be a successful business person and managing my nursing career when by accident I fell in love with real estate. I told myself" why I didn't think about it long time ago", but I know that all my previous life experiences shaped me the way I am now. I am really grateful for the place I have in life and I only like to help people, thus the way things fall in place.
St George, UT
St George has the most wonderful mountains, colors, outdoor activities and weather. We have a beautiful lake less than 20 minutes drive, which makes the perfect afternoon escape after work, to name a few. Not only the beauty of this place, trapped me , but the small town feeling, when you see people on the streets they smiled you and wave you hi. Most of the population has been born and raised here, and a small amount has been drawn by the safety, cleanliness and quietness of the place.
