Rick's Pros - WISCONSIN

Weston/Wausau, Wisconsin
Our community is a great place to live, work and raise a family! We have conveniences of a large city with the community of a small town. There are two large hospitals in the area along with many engineering and industrial based companies. Our community has seen continuous growth over the last few years. There is no lack of nature to be discovered, including Rib Mountain State Park and a plethora of County Parks. In the winter there is Granite Peak Ski Hill and cross country skiing at 9 Mile Park.

Our philosophy is simple: Clients come first. We pledge to be in constant communication with our clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Central and Northern Wisconsin
Wausau, WI is a "wausome" city that has a sophisticated, progressive feel to it while having that small town everyone-helps-each-other goodness. We have a reasonable cost of living with affordable housing, easy access to great healthcare, quality entertainment, and plenty of things to do and see. There's also year-round festivals, concerts, events, and farmers markets. Our downtown is full of wonderful shops and excellent restaurants and has won awards. There are major retailers here too and others that are just a short drive away. We have four beautiful seasons in Wisconsin that allow you to get out and enjoy the weather anytime of year. I love Wausau and the surrounding area!
Nichole Guenthner
I have lived in Wausau for over 25 years and call the Southeast Side Neighborhood home. I grew up in Three Lakes, WI so I love the look of the Northwoods that Wausau provides with the city conveniences. Besides being an avid Packer fan, I love "waterfalling" and papercrafting. In real estate I am well known for my honesty, expertise, passion, and attention to detail. I will give you the devotion, attention, and professionalism you deserve. You are my client and this business is about YOU!! It has been my priority to ensure all of my clients can trust me and feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and of course HAPPY with the results of my service. I love to help first time homebuyers and go above and beyond for my sellers primarily in the Central WI area.
