Participating real estate teams and brokerages are invited to host a family-friendly booth at our Summer Friends & Family Appreciation Day as a simple and meaningful way to connect with local families and showcase their brand in a positive, relaxed environment. Booths may include activities such as face painting, crafts, small games, or treat giveaways, and light branding is encouraged through signage, table coverings, apparel, and branded swag—however, this is not a sales event, and hard selling or aggressive lead capture is not permitted. Each participating brokerage will bring their own pop-up tent (10x10 recommended), folding table, chairs if needed, signage, and all supplies required for their activity (electricity will not be available). All booths must remain family-friendly, age-appropriate, and fully set up prior to the start of the event.
