FULL TIME
Licensed and working in the industry full time, no other job commitments. MLS membership and annual E&O insurance required.
RFT Big WIG
Licensed and working in the industry full time, no other job commitments. MLS membership and annual E&O insurance required. Consistently closes 10+ transactions annually.*
Fulfills the following requirements of both Full and Part Time Specialists:
- Regularly meets with assigned Lead and Accountability Coach
- Consistently attends and participates in weekly Team and Production Group meetings
- Demonstrates evidence and results of “agreed upon” commitments
- Shows evidence of consistently nurturing leads using the team CRM CINC
- Uses and follows all team systems, guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Submits weekly Lead Measure results (Monday Morning reporting form)
Bonus:
- Bi weekly personalized social media posting by Marketing Team
- Marketing Team assistance with 44 touches to SOI
PART TIME
Licensed with no intention to go to full time now or in the near future (next 12 months). May be working another job or may not want to work full time hours. Requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and no less than 3 days per week dedicated to real estate related activities. MLS membership and annual E&O insurance required.
CAREER TRANSITION (3-6 months)
Currently working in a different position on the RFT or in a different job sector with plans to leave that position and work in real estate sales full time within 6 months of team on boarding. Requires a clearly defined goal in writing that is agreed upon between Coach and Specialist at start of joining the team. Requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and no less than 3 days per week dedicated to real estate related activities. MLS membership and annual E&O insurance required.
REFERRAL AGENT
Licensed member of the RFT and not working in the industry. No requirements on MLS membership or annual E&O insurance.
*RFT to review during quarterly Health Checks.
