The Folsom Rail Trail is connected with Lake Natoma Trail. Which is a total of 9.2 miles long and you can also access this trail by going through Downtown Folsom as well. This trail is very popular for biking, as well as jogging, skating, and is also wheelchair accessible. There is free parking which you can find at either Iron Point, Glenn, and Historic Folsom light rail stations.
Many people love to walk their dogs here too! Folsom Rail Trail is dog-friendly as long as you keep your dogs on a leash. The trail is paved, and you get a gorgeous view of the nature and natural habitat like Lake Natoma! You can even spot some gorgeous flowers as well.
